Refurbishment and construction of a new extension to the existing assembly hall, stage and immediate surrounds at Wulagi Primary School. These works include: a new multi-purpose room, independent office and accessibility ramp, refurbishment works to existing structures, replacement of roof and vapour barrier system, asbestos removal, groundwork’s, landscaping and all associated works.
