The scope of works involves demolition of ablutions adjoining the change rooms and the public ablutions.  Renovation to both areas including new plumbing fixtures and fittings; electrical services upgrades including new switching, outlets, fans and lights; structural steel columns, lintel beams, and steel framing; compliant handrails and other fittings; fittings such as robe hooks, toilet paper dispensers, hand dryers, shower seats, benches and etc; new joinery and finishes and new toilet and shower partitioning system.
