The duplex in Redshank Court was the brain child of one of our project managers.  They purchased the block of land and have since developed the site.  The result is an architecturally designed duplex with large bedrooms and high ceilinged living areas.  The cleverly thought out design incorporated the lay of the land, views and natural breezeways.
