Peter McAulay Centre - Metropolitan Patrol Group Building

C and R Constructions were awarded the contract to design and construct a new Metropolitan Patrol Group Building in June 2012 with a tight 10 week delivery schedule. 

The project consisted of transforming a 935sqm space into an office space, conference rooms, muster room, training rooms, kitchen, amenities, armoury storage and to design and construct a car parking area.

Under immense time constraints this project was successfully completed on budget and delivered on time including issuing of the permit to occupy the property within the 10 week period. 

As testament to the all round success of this project, C and R Constructions were nominated for the Masters Builders Association, Excellence in Construction Awards for 2013.
