 The Katherine Ambulance Station is comprised of single storey, ground level buildings and includes offices, training room, crew support facilities, ambulance parking bays, service bay and car wash facility.  Construction is reinforced concrete raft slabs, reinforced blockwork walls and steel roof frame construction.  Associated works include civil works, landscaping and connection to site infrastructure services.
