The Giles Street project involved an extensive renovation on an existing house.   Such was the scale of the project it was necessary for the clients to reside elsewhere whilst works were being completed.

The existing living areas were gutted and a new retro kitchen was installed.  The bathroom featured charcoal skin tiles in the shower recess providing a real wow factor.  New timber flooring was laid in the main living areas and existing concrete floors polished.  A fresh new laundry was built, along with a new garage and fabulous front entrance, finished with the exposed aggregate driveway.

The pool area received a major facelift with a new pool house constructed and surrounding areas concreted and tiled.  This exceptional property was given a fresh and modern exterior look with 80% of the house rendered.
