Berry Springs School - Administrative Building

The Berry Springs School Administration renovation included demolishing a large portion of the internal walls and some external structure and refitting the building to a new configuration.

Plans were initiated around the day to day running of the school to reduce the impact on students, staff and parents/carers.  This included liaising with contractors on delivery of materials to occur outside peak school traffic times and limiting noisy demolition works to outside school hours and over weekends.

The original data, security and phone systems were all based within the existing administration building and great care was taken to protect these items and ensure their serviceability during the renovations.

C and R demonstrated their ability to ensure major construction works can be successfully delivered without unnecessarily disturbing the core business.
