Allen Street was a major renovation involving demolishing the first level of the existing house down to the concrete slab and restarting the whole building process with a brand new lay out. The curved walls, doors and hand rails provided an architectural element to the indoor space.  There was some works completed to the ground floor rooms with new windows and lay out.
