Construction of new build using concrete tilt panels, creating offices and a coffee shop.
Construction of corporate box erected over the pit lane garages.
Construct a covered walkway between St Mary's School and Cavenagh Street.
The works comprised of the demolition of the existing Family Court and construction of new Youth Justice Court including offices, amenities, cells and Magistrates chambers.
This project is due to commence late October with the first stage involving the removal of the existing ablution blocks. Then an upgrade of the toilet block infrastructure by providing new permanent toilet blocks to help cater for large public events.
The works comprise of part demolition of existing offices, office space and walls, the new work consists of but not limited to the construction of new office space, meeting rooms and entrance foyer.
The works compromise of the refurbishment to the existing level 2 Jacana House 71 Woods Street including open office area, offices, meeting rooms, interview rooms, store rooms and Amenities. The works also include modifications to existing building services (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and ICT) and certification.
