A state of the art veterinary hospital with underground parking.

The client required an upgraded and well laid out office facility. The office area was completely gutted and new electrical, office partitions, kitchenette, meeting room and front reception was created all within a restricted time frame.
C & R Constructions won the contract for the repairs and maintenance of the foyer, public corridors, wet areas on all levels and of the lift cars at the TCG Centre. Due to the building being mostly occupied, minimal disruption will be required for the occupying tenants.
C & R Constructions won the contract for an extension to the existing church building, creating a multi purpose room and covered drop off roof and verandah.
Scopes of works involves constructing a new Ablutions Facility to the Woolybutts and Wallabies area.
Due to the continual growth of the company we have recently seen the need to expand further and are currently in the process of constructing 2 x 500m2 buildings for the company to move into by the end of the year.
